Joseph Price

Joseph Price (1753-1828)-member of Merion Meeting and carpenter, innkeeper and caretaker of the burying ground.
He built numerous houses in Merion, many of which are standing today.
His detailed diary from 1788-1828 provides a sense of life in colonial and Revolutionary Merion.
