Started the year off right with some Oaxacan food! Delicious and a little exotic. Someone got the grasshopper appetizer to share! A little bit of sunshine in our Chicago winter.

Kie-Gol-Lanee comes from the Zapotec dialect meaning "Piedra Antigua" (old stone). Its Spanish version "Quiegolani" is the name of a small village in Oaxaca, Mexico where our culinary team is from: Santa Maria Quiegolani.
