The Kiowa Tribe Museum was opened in 1984. It serves as a facility to store and house artifacts, provide shows, and inform the public about Kiowa culture, in addition to creating an open and inviting atmosphere to learn Kiowa language and culture.
The Museum is a tribal program affiliated with the Kiowa Tribe. The entre Museum collection is estimated at over 4,000 pieces of work. This includes artifacts, CD’s and tapes, and fine art. The collection is comprised of both items held in possession of tribal trust and on loan.
