Built as part of Kirsten's complex in 1796. Originally a stable in front with a laundry behind and with a small cellar. The late Prof. Pryce-Lewis suggested that there was also a billiard room! In 1890 the entire structure was converted by the British Govt. into three flats for residential and/or office accommodation.
