The LaRosee and Company Mill Building was known before as L. T. Jefts Factory. Jefts Factory was built in 1849 and is located on the corner of Broad and South st. In 1880 it was built to make woman shoes. In 1937 it became the Braga Shoe Company, and in 1972 it in now known as LaRosee and Company and still known as LoRosee and company today! This place is a great place for history because it was built a long time ago!
