Lakemoor Hills, est. in 1965, is often referred to as ‘the quiet side of the river’ in south Knoxville. This beautiful neighborhood boasts large manicured lots, water views, mature trees, and an abundance of spring-blooming dogwoods. A variety of home styles include ranchers and contemporary multi-levels built in the 60s and 70s along with some Barber McMurry-designed homes.
