The Liberty Hyde Bailey Conservatory is a living collection of over 650 species of exotic tropical and subtropical plants. Open to the public 10am-3pm on most weekdays, the conservatory offers a space for teaching, research, outreach, and enjoyment. Liberty Hyde Bailey believed that greenhouses were vital to the mission of an agricultural college, and various greenhouses have occupied the area since 1882.
