Originally the Lewis Voyle and Sons livery stable was located on this spot, the corner of Main St. and Sonora Rd. One end of the building was used as a temporary school in 1854. Now the River’s Edge restaurant features leisurely family dining with a view of the river. It is a popular location for live music and outdoor weddings.
