Marcelino Serna Port of Entry

In 2016 a bill was passed to rename the port of entry in Tornillo, Texas. It was renamed after Marcelino Serna. His family was in attendance during the ceremony. Former Congressman Will Hurd was in attendance as well and presented a very moving speech.
