Marie's North Street Eatery and Gallery is known for its delicious hot sandwiches, fresh salad bar, daily soups, and easy in and out grab-and-go options.
They are also carrying on some of the previous owner Maria's popular European foods and products.
Ashley Marie, the chef and co-owner, grew up in Pittsfield, and is a graduate of Berkshire Community College’s Culinary Certificate program. She found her niche by cooking a variety of foods and always learning from others. She truly enjoys serving and interacting with her customers. When she is not cooking, she enjoys spending time with family, and finding outdoor adventures throughout the Berkshires. Ashley also enjoys supporting and meeting other local business owners and believes each of us can play a part in the big puzzle of making our downtown THRIVE again.
