Max's House

Max’s House (Private Residence) – 4 Ocean Avenue. The iconic home for fictional new kid on the block Max Dennison can be found here complete with prominent copula. Several scenes of the home’s exterior were filmed but were cut from the final production including an exchange in front of the house when Max’s Dad persuades him to take Dani trick-or-treating and Max’s parents talking on the porch about the advantages of living in Salem. Originally, Max was to be played by Leonardo DiCaprio, but like many of the movie’s first casting choices, Leo fell through making way for the leading male role to go to Omri Katz.
