It quickly became the premier boutique agency for distinctive South Coast properties, be they modest, rose-covered cottages or vast waterfront estates and farms.
As Milbury and Company continued to grow and emerge as a truly iconic name in residential real estate, the firm opened an office in the heart of Westport's Central Village District, to better serve those in the communities of Westport, Tiverton and Little Compton. This not only provided heightened convenience and exposure to their clientele, but served as a crowning accomplishment to forty years of service.
