A 1923 Dutch Colonial, at one time a working dairy, and during the depression a boarding house.
Built by E. L. Orner for Raymond Mitchell, the grand Dutch Colonial was built during the construction years of the Cascade Tunnel. Features include original front entry doorway, wood floors, trim, floors and fixtures. The expansive grounds include the original caretaker’s cottage, creamery, fish pond and old stone firepit.
