The Moolah Cinema and Lounge (originally Moolah Temple of the Mystic Shrine) is a historic building located near Saint Louis University in Midtown St. Louis. It was built in 1912 for use as a meeting place for the Freemasons and is "a brick and tile building in the Moorish Style". Ernest Helfensteller, Jr., of Helfensteller, Hirsch and Watson was chosen as architect.
The Moolah is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
