  • Old Main: point out that we will not walk over but that it would be worth checking out. It is open from 10 am - 4 pm Monday-Saturday.
    • CU's oldest building, constructed in 1876
    • Initially included living quarters for the president and building custodian, classrooms, a library, labs
    • Third floor was originally the university's first library
    • The Heritage center has a small-scale version of the entire campus made of Lego
  • Point out Eaton Humanities, which houses the following departments:
    • Classics
    • Asian Languages & Civilizations
    • Religious Studies
    • French & Italian
  • University Theatre Building houses our Theatre & Dance Department
    • Includes a sizeable indoor theatre (not the Mary Rippon Theatre, which is located at Hellems Arts & Sciences) and classrooms
  • The Hill: just point towards the direction and talk a bit about what students can find there
    • Neighborhood west of campus that is a popular area for students, staff, faculty
    • A bunch of food, bars, entertainment
    • Lots of undergraduate students live in houses and apartments on the Hill
    • Be sure to write your name on the ceiling of the Sink! It's a CU tradition!
