Oakview Manor (Frances Hawthorne Alumni Building)

Located on the campus of Rust College promptly to the east of the Administration building is one of the oldest buildings on campus. Oakview Manor houses the Alumni Center where you can find past information about the university and where alumni can give back to Rust College. When the building was first constructed, Oakview was used as a women's dorm and home economics building. The students would live and complete house chores. Oakview has been on the Rust College campus for decades and the original blueprint of the building has changed. Through the years, Oakview has remained a functioning building; now filled with historical information about Rust College.
