Old Fisherman's Wharf - #1 Fisherman's Wharf (1845)
homas Larkin built the wharf in 1845 for regular passenger and freight service ships arriving four times weekly. A vibrant sardine industry and need for better maintenance prompted the City to assume ownership in 1913. Today, visitors enjoy great restaurants, gift shops, whale watching, fishing trips and harbor cruises.
