This church was built by the Methodist Society in 1852 for $1,555, which is about $50,000 in today's money. In 1910, the steeple was damaged in a big storm. In 1956, it became a Masonic Lodge, which was a headquarters for a group similar to Kiwanis and the Rotary Club. Since 2001, when Clint Williams bought this building, he rebuilt the steeple to turn it into a wedding chapel. Do you know anyone who got married here?
