Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW)

OPCW is an organization that prevents the use of chemical weapons and that chemical weapons are destroyed. The OPCW works together with the UN. OPCW is an implementing agency of the Chemical Weapons Convention. This convention states that all member states must destroy their chemical weapons. Almost all member states are part of this convention except: Egypt, Israel, North-Korea and South-Sudan.
