Paris, France

Paris is a beautiful city that was nicknamed the City of Light during the Age of Enlightment. But why was Paris called this? Paris was called the City of Light because it was the first European city to light gas lights along the streets of Champs-Elysees. Paris was also vast learning center during the 1820's. I chose Paris as my first city because I love the beautiful architecture and unique buildings and food.
