Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is a very historic city in a very historic state as it was part of the 13 colonies. On top of Philadelphia's City Hall there is a statue of William Penn because he was the founder of Philadelphia and is also the known, go-to Quaker. This city is before Suva because it has a big statue on top of a large building.
