Philadelphia, United States of America

Philadelphia is ranked #9 on my list. The best thing about it is that it's where the Declaration of Independence was signed. I remembered this city because I liked the question where I had to analyse what geographical feature allowed it to become a prosperous shipping and manufacturing center. It was the city being a coastal city, the Deleware River, and the Chesapeake and Deleware Canals.
