This building is more than a condo. It is a block of the avenue, a piece of the city. It is the largest Arquitect construction in his whole career and also one his last one before he died. Made of 3 elements. Offices in the central one and residencial in the 2 other.

The terraces have an unsusual shell shape filled with exotic plants.

The large grey pilotis and black and white geometric tiles gives a latinamerican touch.
