Built 1842, and is noted as an example of classic Cape Cod architecture with its straightforward line. Owned by a glass cutter at the Boston & Sandwich Glass Factory and later by Dr. Samuel Beale (1914-1965) for whom Beale St. was named. Known as the Quince Tree House for it's magnificent quince tree that graces its yard. Take a quick walk down School Street to see the quince trees.
