Recreation Center

All CU Boulder students get a membership to the rec center (via student fees)

Buff Pool

• Only Buffalo-shaped pool in the nation (that we know of)

• Open during the summer, often through October but closes if it drops below 75 degrees

Rental Equipment Desk

• All kinds of athletic equipment can be checked out

• You can also check out towels for the pool and/or shower

Climbing Wall

• You can pay $25 for a semester-long membership.

• Students can rent harnesses, belay devices, and shoes

• There are a number of courses offered both in the gym and outdoors

Relaxation pods are nice places to take a break and let loose. They're super soothing and comfortable!

Basketball courts: point out the awesome windows and views!

Ice Rink

• Available for drop-in skating

• Skating lessons offered

• You can rent skates at the desk next to the rink

Classes/lessons are available for an additional fee:

• Martial arts

• Dance

• Zumba

• Yoga

• Spin classes

• There are often free classes available in the beginning of the semester and terming finals
