The residential communities are unique in design and interaction. The residential floors are situated in a pod style community where 5-7 rooms are clustered together and share a bathroom. This style allows for a more close-knit community on a smaller scale that also extends to the whole floor giving residents a unique type of community with which to interact. The bathrooms are both small community bathrooms as well as single person unisex bathrooms to allow for flexibility in privacy and personal preference. Each floor also features three large lounges in the central part of the building allowing for specifically designed study and social spaces. The floors in the North building boast an additional four lounges (2 per wing) that allow for more dedicated interactive spaces for the residents to utilize. Overall, the residential floors were purposely designed to cultivate a vibrant community among students with single, double, triple, and quad style rooms to accommodate our residents.
