Richard Rodgers Theatre

Formerly known as The 46th St Theatre, the Richard Rodgers was built in 1925 and is one of the most sought after musical houses. It was the first theatre to have democratic seating; everyone came through the same doors to get into the theatre. It has housed such great shows as Guys and Dolls. How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Chicago, Damn Yankees and In the Heights. The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas was its longest running show, although I'd bet money that Hamilton will crush that run.
