Smith Housing

Smith housing includes three historic buildings that were last renovated in 2001: 88 South Pleasant, 76 S Pleasant, and 78 S Pleasant St. Nine of the 17 units have rental subsidies through the Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance program, meaning that those residents never have to pay more than 30% of their income toward rent.
