Miami, Florida 33135, United States

Created By: Florida International University

Information

Several pollinator gardens were planted here on April 22, 2016 in honor of Earth Day. These gardens contain colorfully vibrant flowering plants that attract pollinators such as birds, bees, butterflies, and even bats. Among our collection, we have planted native species such as Scorpion Tail, Milkweed, Giant Milkweed, Firebush, American Beautyberry, Blue Porterweed, Locust Berry, White Indigo Berry, Corky Stem Passion Flower, Panama Rose, and Coontie.
