Star ferry was established since 1880.The screw wooden-hulled boat brought by Grant Smith from England.It is an important transportation hub which facilitate people cross the harbour with low cost and convenient way.

For the colonial architecture,the Star Ferry is a landmark giving collective memory to Hong Kongers.
