TREEmendous Flowering Tree Collection

TREEmendous Miami is a Florida not-for-profit corporation. Within the last 20 years, they have planted nearly 25,000 trees and enlisted the help of more than 6,000 volunteers from the community. TREEmendous Miami has brought shade, beauty, and community pride to diverse neighborhoods throughout Miami-Dade County. They advocate for the importance of a healthy tree canopy to have and maintain a healthy environment. Along with helping with the removal of invasive trees, TREEmendous has donated flowering trees to the Nature Preserve which their volunteers also helped plant. Every second Saturday of each month, TREEmendous collaborates with FIU students and its community to help plant natives and remove invasives.
