The Cornwall Building

Construction began on the house in the early 1870s by Royal Ripley who lived on premised from 1874 to 1881. In 1881 Er Milner purchased the home and completed construction on it in 1883.

The ghost of Jennie Milner Cornwall is said to haunt the premises. Sometimes you can see her looking out the window.
