The Glenn Oaks Community

SM Ceasar overlooks what was once Kimberley Park Terrace. As a part of a Hope 6 Housing and Urban Development project in partnership with the Housing Authority of Winston-Salem.

HAWS redeveloped the former public housing area to include new apartments, townhouses, single family residences and senior living. What exists now is Glenn Oaks, a community of 82 single family residence lots, 70 of which Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County homeowners now call home.

Habitat Forsyth's construction work in Glenn Oaks is nearing completion.

There are very few active remaining properties in inventory for building or remodeling in Boston Thurmond but we will continue to seek out opportunities for acquiring new one as they arise.
