History of The Peninsula Hong Kong:
It was opened in 1928, which is a colonial-style hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. During the Battle of Hong Kong and Japanese occupation of Hong Kong, it was occupied by Japanese officers. In 1941, Sir Mark Aitchison Young surrendered and held in The Peninsula Hong Kong.
