A contemporary and Art Deco working community with factories and warehouses. The composition of the facade on the street is based on the daily surprising and formal lexicon that is so characteristic of the architecture of the 1920s and 1930s, inspired by Art Deco.

For example: vertical rib decorations above the windows. The colorful tile decoration of the platibanda and the framed name 'Vila Majuca' above the beautiful entrance gate.
