White Spruce
Pinaceae
Picea
Glauca
A White Spruce is found in forests throughout most of Canada and the very northeast of the United States (Maine). This White Spruce from the pictures can be found by the rock wall behind the red shed in the backyard. It's the closest coniferous tree to the back of the red shed. Just like the Balsam Fir, this tree reminds me of Christmas.
