The pub concept was introduced by Hans Schuler in the early 1980s. When others might have basked in the reputation and success of the flagship restaurant, he saw an opportunity in the changing eating habits of our guests. Reasoning that many people would come in to get “an exceptional hamburg and a mug of beer,” Hans set about to create a “second restaurant” adjacent to the existing Centennial Room. In recent years, renovations of the restaurant included an expansion of the pub, and the installation of a separate kitchen to facilitate pub dining.

Immerse yourself in the warm, rich, ambiance inside or if the weather permits, pull up a chair out in their outdoor seating. If you have a taste for top shelf drinks, this is the place to be! Whatever your drink of choice is, make sure you have a taste of their famous barbecue meatballs or homemade Heritage cheese spead and barchips!
