What You'll See on the Tour

The tour starts in the car park  off Derbyshire Road. Please go through the wooden gates into the Gardens.
The Dovecote was moved here from its original location at Sale Old Hall.
Walk from Dovecote to the Compass Point. This was designed by local ceramacist Grajame Cooke and installed by the Friends of Walkden Gardens volunteers. The points of the compass signpost the various features of the Gardens/  ...
We can now walk through the Japanese Garden. The Garden was created by the Japanese Garden Society and is maintained by their volunteers.
