Lake Hartwell Country is blessed with beautiful natural scenery that rivals some of the most well-known natural beauties in the world. The combination of mountains, rivers, waterfalls, rolling pastures, and expansive lakes creates a nature-lover's paradise. With seven state parks, a national forest, and many other county parks and protected areas, there is no shortage of adventures to be had in Lake Hartwell Country!

Sadlers Creek has access to one of the best sections of Lake Hartwell. They also have several camping sites and some relaxing trails through the trees!
Lake Hartwell State Park's main attraction is, of course, Lake Hartwell itself. This relaxing park has boat docks, a fishing pier, and several camping and RV sites.

Oconee Station houses a unique stone building that was used as an outpost for the SC State Militia in the 18th and 19th centuries. They also have a 1.5 mile, one-way trail that leads to Station Cove Falls.
