Welcome to the CREW Trails

Come and explore the watershed of Bonita Springs, Florida, Flint Pen Strand Trailhead is part of the 60,000-acre Corkscrew Regional Ecosystem Watershed (CREW). Flint Pen Trail is one of four trail systems open to the public; CREW Lands stretched from Corkscrew Road to Immokalee Road. The CREW Flint Pen trail has about five trails that feature wild animals, wildflowers, lakes/rivers. The trail offers a number of activities options:

  • Hiking
  • Biking
  • Birding
  • Nature study/photography
  • Running
  • Horseback Riding

The trail we will explore today is called the "orange trail" so make sure you wear appropriate clothing for this type of outdoor activity. The trails are well marked and are good for all ages and the activities are accessible year-round. Remember to always be respectful to nature!
