The rule of law has been considered as a cornerstone of the legal system in Hong Kong. Hong Kong's legal system has faced huge changes since British governance to become what it is today. But have you wondered how does it transplant in Hong Kong? What kind of changes did Hong Kong face?

On this walking tour from Central to Sheung Wan, we will explore the development of Hong Kong's legal system. Along the heritage route, we will visit 5 spots, including The Court of Final Appeal, Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware, the Former French Mission Building, Tai Kwun and Man Mo Temple. These buildings witness the changes in the legal system and play an important role in setting a foundation for rule of law in Hong Kong.
