Early twentieth-century, two-story, brick building of plain ,stripped modernist design resulting from a renovation that took place in the late 1950s. A 1947 photograph shows that the building containing Mann's Drug Store was a brick, two-story edifice with a corbelled cornice, and two large facade windows with arched masonry heads.
