212 E. Church Street is a common bond brick townhouse built in 1844 and mirrors its neighbor to the west. This traditional urban 2-1/2 story residence also features a six panel door with a transom window above. This traditional Federal townhouse has a flat shaped metal roof and shutters on each double hung window. This residence has a hanging gallery alongside of it, as well as a charming brick patio.
