214 & 216 E. Church street are each part of a duplex, constructed in brick between the years of 1870-80. All of the sash windows on this 2-½ story house capped by arched moulded cornices. Each side of the structure mirrors the other, featuring single hung windows flanked by louvered shutters. The decorative window headers are duplicated again on each doorway which feature four paneled doors topped by transom windows.
