This elegant three story high historic townhouse was built prior to 1873 meant to serve a single family. The design of the building is Federal type, with the exterior structure composed of white painted brick, three levels of triangular pediments over a set of symmetrical double hung windows, and the cornice structures surmounted over the large decorative corbels. The door is offset to the right and the 23 East Church Street structure is conjoined to the blue painted brick structure on 25 East Church Street, both featuring the exact same designs.
