It has a gable-roofed, barrel-vaulted entry porch supported by replacement columns; one-over-one replacement windows; and gable-roofed dormers. 1940 CD: Everett and Effie Johnson (W), owner-occupant, an operator at Duke Power; 1950 CD: same.
