Dorothea A. McGauvran House, 405 Oakhurst Drive; 1963; Phil Feddersen, Architect, of Clinton. The building is a one-story rambling house of brick and wood. It is of modern design, inspired by the later "Usonian" designs of Frank Lloyd Wright. Emphasis is on horizontal lines to suggest repose and the use of natural materials to harmonize with nature.
