Edward Andrew House, 535 10th Avenue South; 1867; Polk and Bacon, Builders. A frame house with wood lap siding and gable roof of asphalt shingles, it is well- maintained with integrity. The house is of simple vernacular construction with some Renaissance Revival Style influence as exhibited by the window head detailing.
