John Deolin House (Farwell Realty Property), 715 10th Avenue South; 1914.The house is a builder's interpretation of the Prairie School Style. Prairie School influences include the use of stucco, and a horizontal emphasis by use of wood stripping and hip roof. Use of double-hung windows, the front porch, and chimney locations to the side deviated from the usual Prairie School practice.
