Mullet House, 726 9th Avenue South; c. 1870.The two-story brick house has a simple gable roof and bay window on the west at the ground floor. Now converted to a three-apartment building, the structure's exterior revisions include the porch and eave treatment. The house is a simple but handsome vernacular style with some traces of influence from the Greek Revival Style in massing and from the Italianate Style with the use of segmented arched windows.
